Eircom Broadband - Problems

    Hello,
    We are on the eircom business starter pack and for the last 3 weeks our speeds have been fluctuating. Speeds go from really fast to really slow and the business depends on emails and the internet. I rang eircom and they wouldnt do anything although they claim that everything is fine from their side and that it must be my problem. Today, I ran a few tests and im getting really slow speeds. Usually in or around 150kbs which is unacceptable.

    Its ended up now that i have to gather stats for eircom to email into them to prove that the speeds are fluctuating.

    Is this the only thing I can do?
