[BUG] Links on home page need to be updated

Links on home page that need updating: "Bulletin Boards" (under QUICK LINKS graphic) "Register" graphic in top centre Also... Post of the Month is wayyyyyyy out of date... My brother ("Doc") does, however, appreciate the fact that his post has been POTM for ... what? 5 months? :)
