    Quakeworld/q2/q3 will never really be dead, they'll go through highs and lows. In quakeworld mid July - mid August was a "high", with about 8 irish people on server nightly. It's gone back to a low though, with games only happening when you challenge someone directly on irc..

    To the person just connecting to the net and looking for some action all the quake's are dead in Ireland, but the fire will never be put out completely (in qw anyway), as there'll always be a few fanatics to keep it going.

    Quake 1 is dead.
    Quake 2 was never alive to begin with.
    Quake 3 is dead in Ireland and almost dead elsewhere.

    My 5 year absence due to my frustration of modeming being greater than the fun I was getting, is coming to an end within a month hopefully.

    Also my pr0n collection will expand (start). Looking for old photos of girls in tank-tops (no new ones any more for some reason - are tank tops dead or something?)

    I know it sounds really bad, but i've got so many memories from it that every now and again i just need to have another go at it. Seriously once I get my own place with bb i know that the amount i play will go up, atm it's net cafes about once/twice a week.
