    If you read the thread below yours, you'll see how An Post is dealing with foreign mail. Perhaps you should take heed of it and wait a while longer.

    I am waiting over 3 weeks for a UK package, another came on friday taking only 3 days. People in work say it is the same with UK letters coming in.
    BTW I get all stuff delivered to work so I dont have to go collecting at the post office.

    How did you pay for the item?...
    If you paid using PayPal, you can file a PayPal dispute and you will get a refund from PayPal.

    Basically, the PayPal buyer protection gives you a refund if the seller is unable to
    prove that they posted it to you (eg: Registered it and/or insured it).

    If you didn't use PayPal to pay, check the T&C's for the payment method used.
