For those of you in UL and interested in trying out a martial art, check out UL Aikido club. Aikido is a martial art involving some throws and joint locks that are derived from Jujitsu, leart in a cooperative environment.
Our training times are:
Monday 9.00pm - 10.30pm
Wednesday 7.00pm - 9.00pm
in the old gym of the PESS building
(we also go to the pub afterwards!
)
