You need to preorder the game with one of the retailers listed on the CoV site...then they'll send you a code to add to your city of heroes account....et viola....it'll appear in the account window all ready and waiting for the game to be released:)

Just make sure when you get your key you UPGRADE your CoH account on PlayNC and NOT add a new game, otherwise you will pay two subs.
