Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Lesnar wins IWGP Title

    In case you haven't heard, Brock Lesnar made a successful return to the ring in the last few days beating IWGP champion Kazuyuki Fujita and Masahiro Chono in a three-way match after pinning Chono, capturing the IWGP title. With the victory, Lesnar becomes the first man to hold both the IWGP and WWE belts.

    In a swipe at the WWE, seeing as he cannot call his finisher the F-5 any more as it is a WWE trademark, he has called it 'The Verdict' in reference to his legal battles with WWE.

    I think he made a big mistake turning down the chance to go back to the WWE. Unless they were going to humiliate him if he went back, I can't see why he turned them down.

    Big Thumbs Up to Brock Lesnar for winning the IWGP title

    In the 22 year history of the title, the only foreigners that held the IWGP title were Hulk Hogan - Scott Norton - Big Van Vader - Bob Sapp - Salman Hashimikov ( Russian amateur wrestling champion) also at one stage Ken Shamrock was also promised a title run in 1997, but he signed with WWE instead.

    Also the title Lesnar won, was made for him it has all the wrestlers names who ever won the IWGP title on the belt. I would have rather paid to watch this show then No Mercy!

    But it's great to see Lesnar back in the wrestling world even if it's not with WWE...........
