City Channel on NTL Digital

Anyone else been watching? Channel 123 on NTL Digital. I've found it pretty good for a startup with presumably a very low budget. Nice to see a Dublin focussed channel. I missed the Link channel from the old Cablelink days! http://www.city.ie/
