Help me find this Irish artist please

Hello everybody,

I hope this doesn't sound too ridiculus. I went to see a singer in Galway, who played with a violin player and a bass player in a local theater. He said us he was from county Clare and his name was Phillip, but because I don't know any the gaelic names, I can't remember his last name! His music was very much, strange and different. It was another musician also this night from New York, called Rebecca Heart. This was on the 28 Septembre. Please help!

Thank you so much! I'm lucky that not many people in Ireland have the name Philip! He is exactly who I am searching. He has now a new site wich I could find of this old one, at www.philipfogarty.com.
