    Hey,

    I was recently re-watched the woodstock (original) DVD and caught Santana's preformance. What I was wondering is if anyone knows the name of the drummer that is playing with him? I mean the guy on the full kit that does a pretty cool solo

    Mike Shrieve (sp?)

    He played on Santana's first three albums, IIRC. ****ing ace player for sure.

    Turns out he played on 8 Santana albums but I can only vouch for the (very high) quality of the first three :)

    Funny that, i was only looking at Santana's website yesterday. He's got a section with past players. Here's all the previous drummers:

    Thats a lot of drummers but ive had the same experience with drummers in bands lik going through 3 in the space of 2 months!!!
