Serious latency on netsource 2Mb?

11-10-2005 8:56pm#1Hi I was just wondering if anyone else has trouble with Netsource's 2Mb business connection.
When everything is going good (70% of the time) I can ping boards.ie and the replies are between 20 and 25ms but every now and then we have a period where lag spikes or sometimes worse, i.e. it goes up to 2 or 3 seconds for like 10minutes-half an hour depending on our luck. This usually happens while playing WoW or CS when it's not the best time for it as you can imagine.
This is an example of ping when it's not extremely bad
