Passenger Airbag on 1999 Opel Astra

    Hi all,

    Wondering if anyone can help! Any ideas as to how one goes about de-activating the airbag (passenger side) in an Opel Astra (1999). Can this job be done at home or does a dealer need to see the car?

    The car belongs to my wife - we're expecting baby number 3 soon and the other 2 kids still sit in boosters in the rear seats.

    Any help much appreciated!

    For safety reasons, I'd strongly recommend that you seek professional assistance (Most mechanics would even be able to do it)
