    Hi

    Does anyone here by any chance know the OTRS system ? Im in work now and I'm trying to add three fields to the OTRS:Admin:Queue form within the system. I can edit the /opt/otrs/Kernel/Output/AdminQueueForm.dtl file to modify the form. That works ok, but what I would like to do is take the data from the three new text input fields and actually make sure it gets written to the database.
    I know how to modify the customer login and registration page, adding fields to that, which I have succesfully integrated into the database, as it explicitely tells me how to do this in the manual. I dont know how to do this for the Queue form, however. Can anyone help ?

    Hey pontovic,

    I was wondering if you are still using OTRS? I'm just setting up a new support helpdesk using it and I have some questions (well it's been used live for a month or two now, but isn't working as smoothly as I would have liked). Would you be able to advise me on it?

    Sorry about that, this is the most recent post I can find concerning OTRS in Ireland. Also, I was looking to PM the user but he doesn't have it allowed.
