There is no way of doing that.
Keep monitoring software on ur PC instead

Don't worry about it, NTL aren't very strict on caps. If you go way over the cap every month, then they will contact you and ask you to reduce your usage for the benefit of other customers, pretty fair IMO.

Thanks for replies. BB conntection and I am interested in seeing what kind of traffic different apps and games take.
