    I just throw mine in the washine machine!..Although i do know some athletes who dont wash them at all

    have you tried it with a lot of shoes?

    I clap them together to get rid of heavy muck, then use a brush to get rid of the other bits, mine never get washed, that's what rain is for :p

    you should never do this, it fecks up the cushioning, all the makes don't
    give a warranty on shoes that have been in the washing machine.

    to the op, warm water and a cloth if they are really filthy, but I never
    wash mine, except for my trail ones just to wipe worst of muck off..
