Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

whats good free software to use? i'm trying to convert some wmv's to mov's or mpg's or avi's or something i can use so i can edit the clips in final cut pro or imovie. i've got the files here on a PC for a day or two, so the programme doesn't have to be for mac, but if there's a good mac programme for this i'd love to hear…

i've got the files here on a PC for a day or two, so the programme doesn't have to be for mac, but if there's a good mac programme for this i'd love to hear about it. it doesn't matter if the sound doesn't transfer either, i just need the footage.

i got something called ConvertMovie earlier, but its free version puts large red text about registering over the converted clip, and it crashed when i tried to do a batch. so thats no good.
