The guy goes on to say its not as bad a recoil as it looks

It LOOKS harsh but it is really quite gentle when you get down to it. We have had kids as young as my 12 year old son Storm Jr shoot it............ It gives you a GOOD STRONG push backwards but it is all in the momentum equation. At some point we will put a brake on it...........but that will increase the sound wave. We are also looking into putting a bult in Bipod on the float tube..............
