old front panel lead connections, new motherboard

    hey,

    i bought an upgrade kit for an old p3 machine a friend wants upgrading. problem is the connection for the power button and leds is not compatible with the new fittings on the motherboard. old connections are on a ribbon cable, new connections are basically the two pin connectors on the new motherboards.

    anyway around this? i could buy a new case but it adds to the cost, im already ten euro over budget on this.
