Someone will guess what it is :) been there since August 1990

It's all a matter of time, we never had the time in the past to do anything with it. Front had to be fully rewelded, completely rotten. Just the back, unseize the engine, clean it up and it's ready for the road again :)

I take it's not much of a guess, if I've already sat in it!:P

I was hoping that I wouldn't have to explain this. Honestly dgt told me before :(:p

The 1500 does have much bigger bumpers ( for the us market) and afaik the badging on the b pillar is different.

Don't forget the different raised engine cover and provisions for a rectangle number plate not a square one ;)

Ah yes. And am I right that the 1.3s engine cover was body colour not matt black?

Nope black aswell, but not raised like the 1500. Theres a red 1300 here that had a black cover and chrome bumpers like an X1/9 Lido
