That Evo is a serious machine.

I think you should keep the money you were going to spend on storage and I'll mind it for ya!!!

How do you find the S3? Is it fast? Is it much faster than a Mk IV GTI?

    S3 so far is great!
much much faster than the Mk4 GTi, much more torque and so much more mid range grunt.

the Gti i had was the 150bhp version, and the S3 is the 210bhp version with a remap on top ;) so pushing circa 250bhp or there abouts!
All Mk1 S3's use the same engine as the 225 TT, except Audi de-tuned the S3 so it wouldnt compete with the 225bhp TT.

when you remap the 210bhp S3 and the 225bhp TT, the end result is exactly the same, ie the TT can only be mapped to cira 250bhp too.
Audi released the 225bhp engine in the S3 in late 2001 in a facelift version, i have the facelift version S3 but the exterier changes came before the 225 engine was added.

i'll be spending no money on storage lol so unlucky for you. she's still got 41,000 kms on her so i hope it'll be worth a few quid in the future, to get a red one now in japan is getting dearer all the time so the same should happen here eventually.

I call bull**** on Pot Noodle owning that Cobra, read the sunstrip 'Deans Performance' http://www.deansperformance.com/dean.html which has the original pic listed as his car so one of you is lying.

Of course i could be wrong and you could have imported it recently,or you could be Dean, but i don't think so.

when are you going to admit that you don't own an A8 and that passat is yours, and the only reason you ever said you have an A8 is because people were mocking you when you said you 'floor' it past the 'skanger mobiles' ? :D

I want to be proven wrong but..lol, it's pretty funny.

cheers man, you wouldnt think it has 104k on it but it drives like new and is rock solid on the road. i suppose its average or maybe below average for the year.
it came with a fully stamped up history all from Audi, except for one oil change and all the receipts are in the service book :)
