my priorities are that it must have at least a 30gig hdd, decent video capabilities, be reasonably portable and of course, music. i'm pretty impressed with the archos av500, its not as portable as the gmini400 but its dimensions are a lot neater than the previous av range. its quite expensive and its only 30gigs. basically, i'm looking for alternatives to the av500 that i might not have heard about.
