On Crapus in Celbridge this morning, BBC1 and 2 and Channel 4 had black rasters (blank screen) and no sound. UTV had sound only. Oddly, TV3 off air from Three Rock was sound only as well for a time. Was the BBC/ITV/C4 problem a Divis fault or was it CrapUs?
