    That they're building behind Manor Mills....they look lush. Anyone any idea what price range they'd be to rent? Heard they should be done by Christmas. I want to live there!!!

    Was talking to one of the lads yesterday and he informs me that all those apartments have been pre-purchased. He knows someone who bought one two years ago (Yikes! says I). Apparently they're retailing for a pretty penny. You might get lucky though, I'd say some of them will be let out.

    The seller COO-blah-NAN bought up half of them himself....... :rolleyes:
    Expect some of these to come back on the market over the next year.
    Rent will not be cheap.

    Selfish feckers buy up everything!

    Those apartments are 1,200 a month for a 2 bedroom so 600 a month? Can't see too many young people renting them.
