Civ IV IGN Review..

IGN reviewed Civ IV and says it is the best yet in the series and gave it 94%. Review: http://pc.ign.com/articles/660/660495p1.html I have it preordered meself a couple of weeks so just happy to see a positive review so far - anyone else be Civ-ing it in a weeks time??

Its around 24 meg and there is a stand alone download on civfanatics , gamershell etc but it broke my game and i had to reinstall :eek: so use at your own risk

the patch broke your game?

Is this because you used another source or did firaxis or 2k release a dodgy patch?

The patch i downloaded from civfanatics broke my game i reinstalled and downloaded from the in game updater which worked fine so it might of just been a dodgy one off or the patch uploaded to civfanatics server is dodgy
