    I need to send a sony mp3 player away to be repaired but I cannot find an address online.

    If anyone has the address can they post here asap.

    it's the nw-e100. It's my girlfriends. Basically I'll be just sending it away to get a new one as I don't think they repair things like that.

    The player is stuck on hold even though the button on the side moves.

    I was told an address before but I've forgotten it. I think it's in Dublin.

    Well if its still under warranty then just ring them and get them to get DHL out to you

    I'd feel guilty getting DHL sent out. The thing is tiny!

    You've paid for it already by buying the player :p
    Chances are, you'd have to book it through Sony directly..
