Basically i have a provisional licence thats about to expire on November 3 of this year.Due to repeating the leaving cert,I never found time to do the test.(im not driving at the moment) Obviously i want to renew it. According to a quick google
    http://www.oasis.gov.ie/transport/motoring/replacing_a_lost_or_stolen_irish_driving_licence.html?PHPSESSID=d24caf3265fd32a5feda9259d532c348
I need to pay 15euro if i wait till its expired or if i want it before it expires i have to pay another 5euro. Is that all i have to pay? I thought i had to sit the theory test AGAIN. Anyone shed any light on this. Keep in mind i might have 'LOST' my licence in my room somewher.

If its your first provisional, you just pay 15 euros and get another. No need to resit theory test. If its your second or subsequent provisional licence, you have to show evidence of having either failed a driving test or having already booked one to get a third provisional - which you will not legally be allowed to drive alone with.
