vodafone bonus pack

    Is there a limit to how many phones I can get upgrade from with the same telephone number? I bought an upgrade pack about 10 months ago and now a new one, but I got error message that the imei wasnt recognized, but I guess it has something to do with me getting a second bonus pack too early..

    Are you bill or rtg?If Rtg you can get a bonus pack anytime you want theres no limit.
    But if bill i think its every six months or something.

    Nah, it's probably something to do with the shop. They haven't done what's called a 'prepay sale' to it. It's to do with One Pack...
    Anyway, make sure you keep the phone box and the little info pack box and go back to the shop you got it from. You'll need the two numbers on each, they are 8 numbers long.
    I'm pretty sure that's what's wrong.

    Girlfriend had the same problem as yourself, turned out the vodafone shop hadn't entered the IMEI number into the Vodafone database, which they normally have to do with all phones. So call back to the shop and say you need the IMEI reged with Vodafone.
