No doubt you wrote that because you forgot. However, tracing back around two years or so ago, anybody who's interested can probably find the post where the then-current thread-posters listed their qualifications, in many cases, together with year and institution.

JC's qualifications, like his evidence and his lists of thousands of "creation scientists", simply never materialized. Perhaps one just has to make a leap of faith that any of these actually exist -- there, that should do it.

I didn't say that. Evolution stands on its own evidence. I am only interested in the veracity of creation science - something YOU have been unable to demonstrate in 3 YEARS!:eek::eek:

JC, "muck into man" is what you believe. You keep forgetting genesis 2:7:
Then the LORD God formed man of dust from the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being.
There yiz are. "Muck into man" in one fact-free, holder-friendly, individually-wrapped belief-package!

I am honoured to join the long list of fine people who have been misquoted by creationists. This is indeed a special day for me.

How is God getting on in those gaps? Must be a pretty tight squeze these days.

Since when does evolution not predict that dinosaurs lived along side mammals? Remember its only in your nonsensical ramblings that it has been said that dinsoaurs evolved into mammals, neither anyone nor evolution claims this. Dinosaurs and mammals co-existing no more effects evolution than modern day birds, fish and reptiles co-existing with mammals (and each other)

Ernst Mayr, Harvard has said, "Creationists have stated that humans and dinosaurs were contemporaries in time...Were this momentous statement true the names of its discoverers would thunder down the corridors of time as individuals who made one of the most outstanding discoveries of the twentieth century." (Gish-Mayr Debate, Evansville, Indiana.)
.....Where do I put my name down as the discoverer of this momentuous fact??!!!!:D
....and will I get a Nobel Prize for it????:D:eek:

The tracks at Paluxy where shown to be other smaller dinosaur tracks that just looked similar to humans Link(even creationists from Loma Linda University concluded at the time that they where dinosaurian). Several such as the Burdick track where concluded to be sculpted, based on anatomical innacuracies and the way the subsurface algae was sliced at the impression edges.

The fossils were found in the Yixian Formation in the Liaoning region in China which has been radiometrically dated to about 130million years old. Heres the link to the peer reviewed article in Nature (need to be member to read past the abstract)

Since she's been at it so long, I'm inclined to think that JC is a genuine poster, for a heavily circumscribed definition of the term "genuine".

Given that her "opinions" haven't moved since this thread started two years and 49 weeks ago, it seems at least possible that we're the unwitting victims of a creationist-domain Markov text generator. The obvious advantage to the coder in choosing this domain is that the universe of possible sentences is amazingly small, so a reasonably-well coded generator should be able to generate sentences which are "correct" in the application-domain pretty much all of the time.

What's more interesting is that some other posters give every appearance of finding JC convincing. This suggests a scary world in which people can have their opinions updated by software. Matrix, here we come :)

Really? Thats news to me. Have you kept a list like the TalkOrigins list of Creationist Claims , complete with rebuttals for over 550 different claims? These things are great for keeping score.
From what I can tell its something like Creationists 0:Evolutionists 553 on creationists claims.(for convincing rebuttals of evolutionists claims... well we'll have to wait for J Cs list to see :))

Arguments we think creationists should NOT use

“Paluxy tracks prove that humans and dinosaurs co-existed.”
Some prominent creationist promoters of these tracks have long since withdrawn their support. Some of the allegedly human tracks may be artifacts of erosion of dinosaur tracks obscuring the claw marks.

Seem JC is not even up to date with cutting edge creationist thinking.

In fact I think she has probably been through the entire list, it was the eye the other day wasn't it?

    http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m1590/is_/ai_20385595

....a very interesting article with the following gems:-

oldest known fossilized human footprint was found in South Africa.....so Human footprints HAVE been fossilised .....both along with Dinosaur footprints.....and without them!!!

Footprints in sand vanish faster than you can walk away. So the scientists think the woman probably trekked across a rain-soaked sand dune toward the lagoon. "Dry sand blew over and filled in the prints, and eventually buried them to a depth of 9 meters (30 ft)," Roberts explains. The sand contained so many crushed seashells that the dune hardened like cement into sedimentary rock, or rock made from layers of compacted sediments (see SW 11/3/97, p. 14). As the sand dried and hardened, it left the imprints intact in rock.......this happened at the start of Noah's Flood.....and the release of enormous quantities of Calcium Carbonate rich waters form deep inside the Earth provided the cementing material that preserved the footprints and created the sedimentary rock in which they were found.......it also shows that geologists now accept that Sedimentary Rocks were formed RAPIDLY enough to preserve these ephimeral artefacts......days rather than millions of years....and so one of the most important bases for dating sedimentary rock collapses!!!!:D

Some anthropologists speculate that every single one of us probably descended from a single human woman when our species Homo sapiens emerged. They've nicknamed that woman "Eve," and they believe she lived in Africa during the same time the prints were made.....EVE probably WAS just after dying when the prints were made......her husband Adam had only died shortly before the Flood!!!!:D:eek:

.......nay.....Foghorn Leghorn reminds me of a particularly pompous, long-winded Evolutionist that I used to know!!!!!:D

.....the issues and the approaches of the 'Coyote' Evolutionists may vary .......but the result is ALWAYS the same.....a throughly defeated 'Coyote' Evolutionist........left flailing around in the dust of a departing victorious 'Road Runner' J C!!!!!

.....and the best part, is that the Evolutionists never 'see it coming'....and they are so dazed that they don't even realise their arguments have been metaphorically annihilated .....and they often come back again to expose their already defeated arguments to further annihilation !!!!!:D
