Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Can I hook up CDJs to ableton and mix back and forth?

Any creative ways to use them together?

    course you can

if youve got a 4 channel mixer you can use the cdjs on 2 channels and ableton on 2 channels giving you 4 sound sources and the ability to monitor ableton before dropping it into the mix

you do need a soundcard with minimum 4 outputs for this tho

    Ahhh yeah, cool.

But if you used an rca cable with a 3 1/2 jack at the end, hook that from the headphone out up to one channel and monitor normally??

Ah but hold on Im just after figuing it out. You then couldnt actually monitor in ableton itself, could you? In order to do that, one channel would be your main ableton output, the other would be for monitering, am I right?

    *shrugges shoulders*

you could do it the way you mentioned, but then as you say you cant monitor within ableton

if you have 4 outputs from ableton (2 left and 2 right) youll be able to monitor and play independantly, which is really what youre lookin for
