Is there a specific problem you're having?

did you open the correct ports on the router. i think they are TCP 5631, UDP 5632

Funny enough used to have that problem but works ok now. typically problems are down to both port frwarding and allowing port access to clients on the firewall / router.

Also suggest changing the port number - lot of worms out there like pc-anywhere.

Alternatively a free solution is logmein.com with ftp for file transfer - very good for access to internal pc's
