    If i had a PS2 this'd be on my list for sure... the trailers on gametrailers.com alone would steer my wallet and the soundtrack is f*cking 'A'

    PS2 seems to be getting some really good games lately... might actually consider buying one :eek:

    No doubt things will be getting cheaper with the 360 on it's way (?).

    I find Kieron's reviews nigh-on unreadable. And I find that Kristan's tend to bit a bit scattershot. For both of those guys, I just read the score and the last paragraph. The rest, to me, is missable junk.

    Meh, that's what I do most of the time anyway... lazy git that I am. If the score is ridiculously high or embarrassingly low then I may scroll up and read a bit more.

    A lot of sites seem to be giving this game high marks though.

    Personally hate Kierons style of writing. Stopped reading the formerly excellent PCGamer when he started reviewing the big games. He seemed to have sapped the humour from every magazine he has worked for.

    ICO, Soul Calibur and Smash Bros. Melee (i think) got full 10/10. Think HL2 did as well.

    The wait for this is going to be horrid. But there's certainly life in the old dog yet seeing as Katamari 2 is also pencilled in for 2006.

    I also agree that Kieron's writings are worse than water torture.

    It will have the PS2 chip set in it just like the PS2 had the PS1 chip set in it so the compatability should be good and much better than the xbox 360.

    I bought it yesterday, its excellent, brilliant atmosphear, hard though, lost of trial and error to kill the giants, got RE4 too, awesome game,

    actually with games like these for the PS2 I not too interested in the 360 anymore (for the moment), they all look boring in comparison

    took down another 4 after that, didnt feel as guilty

    apart from
    the big bird colossus, that was impressive

    i also spent a good hour trying to climb the temple, got pretty far up but i dont think i was taking the right path
