Ipod not reconised help.

I installed a plugin for winamp to manage files to the Ipod mini.At the start it worked perfect which was 2 hours ago now its not.All my music is gone from the ipod.I cant transfer any songs to it as Winamp wont find it but yet its coming up as a portable media device in my Computer and has the ipod icon.Can anyone help to…

I dont have itunes etc as this is my friends!

Tried that i always get the page needs to be refreshed on cannot find page when i try to download
Ill try a few sites.I dont think its Winamp though
