    Hello ,

    I have been developing an alternative chess game (
    played in colour) that uses the same moves as traditional chess but
    changed from a competitive to a co-operative game.
    It encourages team work and creative thinking.
    Recently i managed to make those boardgames into a computer game
    playable online.

    Some interesting aspects about the game
    chess in colour

    - Could be used to teach children the basics of chess in a fun way.
    - Games are played with a co-operative mindset while tournaments can
    give them a competetive capacity.
    - Can be played online globally in a manner similar to correspondence chess
    - While beginners can play an easy introductory game, mental wizards
    can make combinations and study end games.

    Encourages team work? Am I missing something but is it not 1v1? :confused:

    Tried a quick game
    Firefox 1.0.7

    Can't always take the opositions pieces even when a legal move.
    Used my queen to take a pawn. The result was both pieces were taken :confused:

    Only played it for a min.

    Rabies,
    The whole idea is to clear the board of all pieces as quick as possible.Both pieces leave the board when the right opposites are found.(There's only certain pieces that will interact with each other )
