well laws don't realy exist in am unrecognized country like afganistan, and besides were talking about NATO and the whole G8 posse, they are the law!

there is a treaty, but i heard the other day that the americans are trying to pull out of it.
theres a six months notice period which one side has to give apparently. after that i dont really know anything useful
