Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Exchange 5.5 - Blackberries and Meetings an hour off.

    If any of you are exchange 5.5 admins and you use blackberries in your organisation, you too will be getting this issue this month.

    To save lots of hair being pulled out. Read this.

    On the subject of [insert expletive] BlackBerries, set the expectation for new users. Tell them that the service won't ever be 100%. eg:if you are in a bad signal area for a while you may need to do a soft reset on an XDA since it doesn't always reacquire the network when you move back in to a strong signal area.
