    The following files require Adobe Acrobat 5.0 to run, if you do not have Adobe Acrobat 5.0 installed on your machine go to this address, download it and install it before running these files:

    I went there but im unsure what to download.
    Where is adobe 5.0?

    Go to th link you have listed and click download. Thats it.

    When you download it, dload it to your desktop, or somewhere you can find it easily.

    Double click on the icon when it is dloaded, and it will install.

    Note if you buy computer magizines, most will have this free on the cd. This mths PcPro does anyway.
