No disc parking on Monday in Dublin?

Just wondering if anyone knows whether there's no disc parking on Monday in Dublin, it being a public holiday, and disc parking doesn't apply on weekends...forgot to ring the Corpo on Friday to check.

There are new rules and I think Bank Holidays and Easter Sunday (:rolleyes:) are exempt.
