php script to export db

Hi, does anyone know of the php script to simply export a db and 1) send it to an email address 2) save it to the server ive looked around and cant seem to see how to do this.... Thank you

I just tried that one out myself and the code is pretty bad to say the least. It's full of undefined variables, is missing quotes all over the place and it also tries to include a file that doesn't come in the .zip file, dbinfo.php.

This is an open source, PHP based MySql database manager.
It can dump a database to a file. It might give you ideas, though the modular code might be hard to read.
