Going from Speakeasy to Pay Monthly

I am considering going from being a Speakeasy customer to Pay Monthly. Now when I go to the website there is no option catering for this. It's surely possible. What is it that I need to do?

Just go into a shop and ask. Bring a recent utility bill and a driver's license or passport with you.
