Request which is the best BB ISP

Am think about getting BB in the house and i want everyones veiws on which is the best package to go for, don't mind changing phone provider if it works out better. What does everyone think, not really looking for a big package i.e 3MB line. 512K or 1mb will do, just look for the best value

I wouldn't recommend IBB anyway, too many horror stories etc... Where abouts are you so people may be able to help you out a bit easier?
