is there an all in one cable modem, wireless router and ata?

does such a piece of equipment exist? would be nice to have an all in one instead of 2 or 3 bits all messily conected by cables.

lynksys wireless router wrt54gp2-uk from blueface.ie, total cost 150e with delivery. this will do the router and ata part.
