The number of Unbundled Lines now exceeds 140000; the current run rate of orders is greater than 4000 per week.

As far as I recall there are generally 100,000 customers connecting to DSL weekly, so 4000 is 4% of all new broadband connections being LLU. Not bad I suppose. But at least they are working on how to increase this drastically.
