Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I got the Season 1 dvd and loved it.

Is there any point in hunting down Season 2 or did it jump the shark?

Any idea when it's coming out on dvd?

A contentious question :) Lots of people will accuse it of jumping-the-shark in Season 2. To my mind, the first few episodes of S2 are very good. The middle section lags quite a bit as it loses its way. The final 3rd, however, picks up with a good story that continues right until the end. I'd recommend getting it, on balance, although your options for doing so are limited - maybe your cousins have it on old tape like mine did..

Oh and, if you've seen "Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me", some bits (besides the obvious "Who killed Laura Palmer") will only make sense (as much as TP is capable of) if you've seen all of S2. I'll say no more than that.

That's anyone's guess at this point. Last I heard was 2006, but I've been hearing S2 promised for years now. I got impatient myself and got mine elsewhere but, when it's actually released, I'll grab a copy to complete my Twin Peaks DVD collection.

I got the two seasons together on ebay. A spanish company acquired the rights but only seems to be available in spain. Negligible extras though.
