    Anyone any experience of setting up an SMS gateway?

    is this sms as in text messages aor sms as in microsoft, i can have fun controlling your desktop and rolling out applications with great ease?

    I'd like to know as well :) Are they expensive? I know that there are perl scripts out there that put mail to text message but cant find them. (Got Pro WAP by wrox as a prize found it boring as hell although SMS would be deadly:D)

    the main problem with having your own gateway is that it isn't connected to any mobile operators.
    to get connected you have to pay by msg and that will work out dearer that just sending a msg :(
