I can't say if you need 32Mb of RAM to install NT2K but, if you did manage to get it going w/ 32Mb then it wouldn't be much fun! 64Mb is the min. 128M and it still can be a dog but is fine, 256M is great. Really the idea of running NT2K w/ 32M is up there with ASCII quake!

I'm busy getting all the bits together to set up W2k on some machines ... and I was told minimum is 128MB.
