    I was reading this today tought some of u might want a bit of a giggle.


    1. Chalk out body lines on the floor when he brings prospective tenants in for vewings.

    2.Subsidise Crack habits for the local kids and encourage them to smoke it in your bedroom

    3. Insist on paying your rent in roubles or, even better euros.

    4. Plant radon gas in the ground before u leave and try to breed mutant rodents .

    5. Sell advertising space on all of the walls and on the roof.

    6. Spend all day trying to stop people you suspect people of being Protestant walking there kids to school along your road.

    (assumes your moving out)

    1. Get two large frozen steaks.
    2. Eat one of the steaks.
    3. Drop the other steak behind the cooker or fridge (whatever is hardest to move)

    Screw the steak, prawns, smaller and melt quicker (6 - 12 months and they will be liquid)
