Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Folks,

    Someone kindly gave me advice on getting a UK ftv card - phone numbers etc. My Folks in the UK did this & have received a card in the post, but its marked sky digital & looks like a normal card - is this right ?? - there were no instructions about getting it activated - I thought you had to phone after receiving it - have they sent the wrong card ??

    yes that is the bbc card. it look exactly like the sky card.
    there is a different telephone number on the bbc card than on the sky card.

    my sky card has 0044 8702 XXXXXX and my bbc one has 08702 XXXXXX. note the lack of a 0044 aswell. all u do is ring up the number on the back of the bbc card and ask them to activate the card. have your serial number and version number of your digibox ready ( goto system details on services menu) and have the password that u set when u rang up first ready too. then leave your card in the box for over 24 hours and they will magically appear. OK
