Yes you can but it won't be listed on the Electronic Programme Guide. To get all the BBC Radio channels (excl. 5Live) you'll have to add channel manually. Go to Services > System Setup > Add Channels. The frequency is 11.798 H, 27.5, 2/3. Then the channels will be on Other Channels list in Services Menu.
