i gather from these posts that none of us understands the law about this issue, maybe thats why the site was taken down in the first place, because he didn't know were he stood.

I doubt they could do much about the website as it dosen't actually say eircom even though it's an obvious parody,
maybe he should have left it up just to see what'd happen:)
