PS 2 Pincode Problem

Basicsally, PS2 fell over recently and would not function correctly. Sent it back to a well known electrical store in Ennis where it was confirmed to be broken beyond repair. They then sent out what they said was a brand new PS2, never used, as a permanent replacement. However, on entering a Hannibal DVD (rated 18) a parental lock function came up on the screen and prompted a pin code. Is there a back door passed this pincode or a method in which one can restore factory settings so that pincode will be erased that anyone knows of?

what did the shop say when you asked them?

try getting in contactwith sony help line
their phine numbers are in the instruction manual

they might be able to help

you could always try dropping it again it might reset or it might just break again.

on second thoughts don't drop it again!
